Fried Mutton Chops with Potato Roastie
Ingredients:
Mutton Chops 4-5
Boiled eggs 1 kg
Ginger 4 tbsp
Green chili 7-8
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Beaten egg 2-3
Oil for fry
For Potato Roastie:
Grated Potato ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Method:
Grind ginger and green chili then boil the mutton with ginger and green chili paste ,salt,black pepper, red chili flakes. Now sprinkle chat masala and coat mutton with boiled potato.
Dip in beaten eggs to mutton chops and shallow fry
For potato roastie:
Make a petty of Grated potatoes with addition of salt,black pepper and corn flour then shallow fry and serve.
