Ingredients
Egg Noodle ½ packet
Chicken (Finely Chopped) 250 grams
Chopped Tomatoes 1
Chopped Onions 1
Chopped Spring Onion 2-3 strands
Chopped Cabbage 100 grams
Chili Garlic Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilies (Sliced) 3-4
Oil ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Coriander for garnish
Method
Take a cooking pan add water to boil and add ½ packet of egg noodles add 2 tbsp of oil mix it well boil 3-5 minutes take it out and add into cold water when the noodles in at room temperature take it out and set aside. Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of oil , heat the oil and add 2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and fry now add 1 finely chopped onions fry 2-3 minutes then add 250 grams of finely chopped chicken and roasted then add 1 tsp of crushed red chili, 2-3 tbsp of chili garlic sauce, 2-3 tbsp of soya sauce, mix it well and fry for 2-3 minutes. At last add boiled egg noodles , 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 2-3 strands of chopped spring onion, 100 grams of chopped cabbage, 3-4 green chilies (sliced), mix it well on high flame. At last add 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice mix it and take it out in a serving platter garnish with coriander and serve it.
