Ingredients:
- White Flour or All Purpose Flour 500 grams
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 500 grams of all purpose flour or white flour
- Add 1 tsp of sugar a pinch of salt and 2-3 tbsp of clarified butter
- Add as required water to make a dough.
- Cut the dough into small balls Roll the balls with the help of rolling pin.
- Then heat the oil in a fry pan.
- Fry the paratha’s till its golden brown crispy and serve it.
