Fried Paratha

Ingredients:

  • White Flour or All Purpose Flour                    500 grams
  • Sugar     1 tsp
  • Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil           for frying
  • Salt         to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take 500 grams of all purpose flour or white flour
  2. Add 1 tsp of sugar a pinch of salt and 2-3 tbsp of clarified butter
  3. Add  as required water to make a dough.
  4. Cut the dough into small balls Roll the balls with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Then heat the oil in a fry pan.
  6. Fry the paratha’s till its golden brown crispy and serve it.
