FRIED POTATOES WITH YOGURT

INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes    ½ kg

Yogurt       ½ kg

Milk       1 cup

Roasted and Crushed Cumin        1 tsp

Crushed Green Chilies       2 tsp

Chopped Garlic Cloves       1 tsp

Salt         ½ tsp

Green Coriander        2 tbsp

Oil for frying        as required

INGREDIENTS FOR BHAGAR:

Curry Leaves       8

Chopped Ginger Garlic        2 tsp

Oil          4 tbsp

METHOD:

Shred ½ kg potatoes and deep fry it and take it out.

In ½ kg yogurt, add 1 cup milk, 1 tsp chopped and roasted cumin, 2 tsp chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chopped garlic and ½ tsp salt and beat it. Then put the beated yogurt in a dish.

Then heat 4 tbsp oil and add 8 curry leaves and 1 tsp cumin and make bhagar and give tarka on dahi. In the end put the fried potatoes on the top and serve.
