Ingredients:
- Flour ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Powder milk 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Master puff 200 gms
- Ghee 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk and knead into a dough with lukewarm water.
- Beat master puff. Keep aside. Make balls with the prepared dough.
- Make into saucer size. Spread with master puff and again form into a ball.
- Now roll this into a paratha very lightly and keep putting paratha on a plastic sheet.
- Cover with another plastic sheet and put to freeze in the freezer. Use as required.
