Fruit Jelly Cups to be cooked by Chef Zubaida Tariq at live cooking show “Handi” only on Masala TV.
Ingredients:
- Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
- Strawberry Jelly 1 packet
- Walnuts (peeled and chopped) ½ cup
- Fresh Cream 1 packet
- Vanilla Custard 2 tbsp
- Fresh Milk ½ liter
- Sugar as required
Method:
- Dissolve strawberry jelly in hot water and keep it aside to set.
- Now cook ½ liter milk and sugar till its thick, remove and keep it aside to cool.
- Now chop jelly into small cubes.
- Now spread ready custard in a bowl, fruit cocktail, strawberry jelly cubes, walnuts and fresh cream.
- Now fill rest of the bowl this way and serve.
