Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Strawberry (Tin, Fresh) 1
- Strawberry Syrup 1 cup
- China Grass 1 packet
- Sugar 250 grams
- Cream 250 grams
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Icing Sugar ½ cup
- Cherries 1 cup
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 1 kg of milk and add 250 grams of sugar
- Add 1 packet of china grass keep stirring until the china grass and sugar is dissolved into the milk.
- Then add 1 tin of (tin, fresh) cherries and 1 cup of strawberry syrup
- Add 2 cups of cream mix it well continuously then add into cake mold and cool down into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- For Topping: Take a cooking pan add some water, and ½ cup of icing sugar, some strawberry syrup mix it.
- Now take 1 bowl add 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolve into some water
- Add it into the topping sauce and make it thick.
- At last add strawberries and 1 cup of cherries mix it continuously.
- Now topping is ready.
- Then take it out the cake into the refrigerator add the topping and place the dish into deep freezer.
- At last take it out and serve it cool
