Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Suree sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Egg 1
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 2 hours,
- deep fry till light golden and crisp.
