Fry khaosay by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Undercut thinly sliced 400 gm
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp + ½ tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Carrot 1 cut into julienne
  • Cabbage 1 cup sliced
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Spaghetti boiled 3 cups
  • Samosa strips fried 6

Method:

  1. Boil undercut with soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic
  2. add 1 cup water till tender and dry,
  3. heat oil fry onion light golden
  4. and remove fry carrot, cabbage,
  5. add boiled beef, capsicum, boiled spaghetti, tomato puree, salt, crushed red pepper, soya sauce,
  6. mix all well add coriander leaves, green chilies,
  7. serve with fried samosa strips.
