½ kg 1 4-5 2 strands 1 tbsp ½ cup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tsp ½ tsp 2 tbsp ½ tsp 1 tbsp 2 -3 tbsp to taste |
Method:
Take a cooking pan add 1 tbsp of butter, heat the butter add 2 strands of spring onion, 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp of curry powder, ½ tsp of crushed coriander seeds, ½ tsp of white pepper powder mix it and fry. Now add as required water and cook till its boiling, then add 2 tbsp of soya sauce , ½ cup of Desiccated coconut mix it well when the mixture is thicken add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take another cooking pan 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 1 chopped onion, 4-5 garlic cloves mix it well and fry now add chicken (with bone) and add as required water cook till the chicken is tender, when the chicken is almost done add all the mixture mix it well and steam it, when the steam is done take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
