Ingredients:
- Carrot grated ½ kg
- Sugar 1cup
- Khoya ½ kg
- Screw pine essence 1tsp
- Cardamom grounded ½ tsp
- Silver paper for garnishing
- Almonds as required
- Pistachio as required
Method:
- In a pan add carrots and cook on low flame till water dries
- Now add sugar and cook on high flame then turn off the flame
- Now add cardamom , khoya and screw pine water
- Now place this mixture in grease tray and add qalaqand
- Than garnish with almonds , pistachios , and silver paper .
