Ingredients:
- Fresh Milk 1 liter
- Carrots (grated) ½ kg
- Walnuts (Chopped & peeled) 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Pistachios (finely chopped) 10
- Almonds (chopped) 15
- Fresh Cream 1 packet
Method:
- Cook fresh milk with grated carrots in a pan.
- Add sugar and walnuts when carrots are soft
- When the mixture thickens, remove it from stove and leave it to cool
- Lastly add cream, nuts and serve
