Ingredients:

  • Fresh Milk   1 liter
  • Carrots (grated)  ½ kg
  • Walnuts (Chopped & peeled)  1 cup
  • Sugar  2 cups
  • Pistachios (finely chopped)     10
  • Almonds (chopped) 15
  • Fresh Cream    1 packet

Method:

  1. Cook fresh milk with grated carrots in a pan.
  2. Add sugar and walnuts when carrots are soft
  3. When the mixture thickens, remove it from stove and leave it to cool
  4. Lastly add cream, nuts and serve
