Galawat Ka Kababs by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All Spice 1 tsp
  • Papaya (raw) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds (roasted & ground) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted &ground) 1 tsp
  • Desiccated Coconut (roasted &ground)1 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds(roasted &ground) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1

Method:

  1. Marinate the mince with all the given ingredients and keep for 30 mins.
  2. Make flat kebabs and shallow fry.
  3.  Give dum of coal.
