Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Raw Papaya 1 tbsp
- Onion Paste 2 tbsp
- Fried Onion as required
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Gram Flour (roasted) 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Marinate mince with raw papaya, onion paste, fried onion, garam masala, roasted gram flour, salt and leave it 1 hour.
- Now make shape of kababs and fry in heat oil.
- Galawat kay kabab is ready
