GALAWAT KE KABAB
Ingredients:
Beef Mince 1 kg
Lemons 4
Chopped green chilies 4
Small cardamom 8
Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
White cumin ½ tbsp
Bihari Masala 3 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Roast together, ½ tbsp roasted cumin, small cardamom and poppy seeds and grind it. In a bowl, add in 1 kg beef, 3 tbsp Bihari Masala, 1 tbsp ginger, leom juice, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp red chili, All spice powder and papaya paste. Mix it.
Add in 1 cup oil and let it cook. When the water dries let it simmer and give it a coal burn and serve it.
