Galawat ki Beef Boti Recipe

Galawat ki Beef Boti
Ingredients:
Boneless Beef (cubes) ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3
Lemons 4
Mint Leaves (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Button Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
Raw Papaya (ground) 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
Bihari Masala 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Hammer the beef cubes, marinate it with salt, 2 tbsp ginger paste, 3 tbsp bihari masala, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp roasted and ground cumin seeds, lemon juices and 1 cup yogurt. Leave it for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and cook marinated beef on low flame.
When the water from the water dries completely, add 2 tbsp clarified butter and leave it to simmer.
Lastly garnish it ½ bunch finely chopped mint leaves and 3 finely chopped green chilies. Serve hot
