Ingredients:
- Chicken Tikka Pieces 4
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander Paste 1 tbsp
- Mint Paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tamarind Juice ½ cup
- Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Coal as required
METHOD:
- Marinate chicken tikka pieces with yogurt, papaya, green chili paste,coriander paste, mint paste, tamarind juice, garam masala powder, roasted cumin seeds, red chili powder and leave it half an hour.
- Now in a pan, heat oil add chicken tikka pieces and cover it 20 minutes.
- When they are tender , removes from the stove and give coal steam.
