Garlic Aldi Cheese Naan by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

 

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour                         2 cups
  • Yeast                                 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic                         4-5
  • Alsi Seeds                             1 tsp
  • Sugar                                 1tsp
  • Butter or Oil                             3-4 tbsp
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese                 100 grams
  • Salt                                     to taste

Method:

  1. Take a luke warm water add 1 tbsp of yeast dissolve it and leave it for 15 minutes mix it well.
  2. When the yeast is raised add 2 cups of all purpose of flour 4-5 garlic cloves
  3. Add to taste, 3-4 tbsp of butter or oil mix it well with water or milk to make a dough and cover it with plastic cling and leave it for 2-3 hours.
  4. Take it out and roll it and make a small balls and roll it thick mark it on with the help of fork and sprinkle the 1 tsp of alsi seeds.
  5. Now bake the naan’s for 8 to 10 minutes when its bake sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on the top of it.
  6. Bake it for 1-2 minutes and when it’s done take it out in a serving platter and serve it hot.
