Garlic Alsi Naan

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour    2 cup
  • Yeast     1 tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped 4-5 cloves
  • Alsi Seeds            1 tsp
  • Sugar     1 tsp
  • Butter   1 cup
  • Salt         to taste

Method:

  1. First take some luke warm water
  2. Add 1tbsp of instant yeast and 1 tsp of sugar mix it well till its dissolve.
  3. Take a mixing bowl add 2 cup of all purpose flour dissolve yeast mixture 4-5 chopped garlic a pinch of salt
  4. Add 1 cup of butter mix it well to make a dough with help of water or milk.
  5. Cover the bowl leave it to 2-3 hours.
  6. Take it out and make a small balls Roll it with the help of rolling pin roll it thick
  7. Now mark on the dough with the help of fog sprinkle the alsi seeds .
  8.  Pre heat the oven on 200c.
  9. Bake it for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Now take it out from the oven brush with butter and bake it for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve it hot.
