Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Luke warm water to knead
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl except egg and garlic powder and knead to a soft dough, leave to rise in a greased bowl for 30 mins until double, punch down dough make into small balls leave to rise in a greased 9 inch round pan until double, brush with beaten egg sprinkle with garlic powder bake on 190 D for 20 mins.
