Garlic Butter Fish By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish (cubes) half kg
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) 4

 

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan fry onion, once onion are soft put ginger garlic paste chopped garlic, chilies, black pepper and salt.
  2. Add fish with half cup water cover and cook for 10 mins.
  3. Serve with chapatti.
