Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg whole
- Butter 2 ounce
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Rose merry 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- INGREDIENTS for Pepper Sauce
- Oil ¼ cup
- Red capsicum chopped 1/2
- Button chilies 4 boiled
- Pineapple chopped 1 cup
- Pineapple juice ¼ cup
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Paprika 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
Method:
- Put all the INGREDIENTS in the blender and blend well, do not add oil. Heat oil add prepared sauce, cook for 10 mins, heat butter, add garlic rose merry, add chicken with salt, black pepper, cook for 10 mins, lower flame, add 1 cup water cover and cook till chicken done. Add blended pepper sauce to the chicken, serve with garlic bread mashed potatoes.
