Ingredients:
- Potatoes 500 grams
- Corn Flour as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Ketchup as required
- Garlic Powder as required
Method:
- Take ½ kg of potatoes cut into thick slices.
- Now sieve the corn flour mix it well.
- Take a cooking pan fry the fries and till its light golden brown.
- At last take it out in a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the salt and garlic powder, mix it well.
- Serve it with ketchup. Skinny fries is ready.
