Ingredients:
Cluster Beans 1 kg
Ginger 1 piece
Fresh Coconut 1 cup
Green Chilies 10
Garlic Cloves 4 bulb
Oil ½ cup
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Allspices Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
METHOD:
Cut gawar phalli boil 6 glasses of water with turmeric powder and add this gawar phalli. Boil it.When it is boiled, drain the water, in blender add fresh coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger , cloves, salt and black pepper crushed and chopped it. Heat oil add allspices powder mix it. Now add boiled gawar phalli cook for 15 minutes on low flame. In the end, lemon drops and add allspices powder turn off the stove and serve.
