Gondh Ka Halwa
Ingredients
Edable Gum 100 grams
Almonds 100 grams
Pistachios 100 grams
Walnuts 100 grams
Melon Seeds 200 grams
Sesame Seeds 100 grams
Whole Wheat Flour Paratha’s 3-4
Pure Clarified Butter 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2 cups of pure clarified butter add 100 grams of goondh and fry set aside. Now on a same pure clarified butter add 100 grams of almonds, 100 grams of pistachios, 100 grams of walnuts, 200 grams of chaar maghaz and 100 grams of sesame seed oil and fry and set aside. Now toasted the paratha’s on a tawa pan make chora on it and add dry fruit chop it and make chora. Take a mixing bowl add 1 cup of sugar mix it well. Now add on a same pure clarified butter now add all the mixture now add 2 cups of milk mix it well and fry until all the mixture is together, when the fragrance comes up take it in a serving bowl serve it. Now goondh halwa is ready.
