Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Brown onion ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Kasori methi 2 tsp
- Spinach ½ kg washed and chopped
- Green chilies 6
- Tomato 1
- Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 10
- Milk ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
Method:
- Put chopped spinach with green chilies, coriander, mint, fenugreek leaves and tomatoes and blanched for 5 minutes then blend, heat oil in a pan
- Add brown onion, ginger garlic paste, mutton and all the dry seasonings, fry well
- Add yogurt, fry well
- Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton nearly tender
- Add your blended spinach mixture, cover again and cook till done
- Lastly add milk and kasori methi
- Fry well and remove.
