Ingredients:
- Bananas 2-3
- Lettuce Leaves 2-3
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Mint ½ cup
- Lemon Juice ½ cup
- Cucumber 1
- Boiled Spinach ½ cup
- Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
- Parsley or Coriander ½ bunch
Method:
- Take a blender jug add 2-3 bananas, 2-3 lettuce leaves.
- Add ½ inch piece of ginger, ½ cup mint leaves.
- Add ½ cup of lemon juice, 1 cucumber, ½ cup of boiled spinach.
- Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder, 1/3 tsp of white pepper powder.
- Add ½ bunch of parsley or coriander blend it all the ingredients and serve it.
