Ingredients:
- Mutton chops ½ kg
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped onion 2
- Lemon juice 3
- Garlic cloves 6
- Green chilies 10
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add the chops in the pan, add in salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup yogurt boil it, cook it till the water dries.
- Grind together green chilies, garlic cloves and 1 bunch green coriander.
- Make a chutney.
- In a pan, add in 1 cup oil, add in chopped onion, fry them till they are golden brown.
- Take out half of it.
- In the remaining half in the pan, add in green paste, fry it and add in 2 lemon juice and salt.
- Take some oil in the frying pan and fry chops.
- Then add the chops in the pan and add in lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish it with fried onion and serve.
