Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped Coriander 2 bunch
- Chopped Onions 3
- Lemons 3
- Garlic Cloves (with husk) 6
- Green Chilies 10
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Ginger, Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Roasted White Cumin Powder ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make a paste, with 2 bunches green coriander, garlic cloves and green chilies.
- In a pa, add in 1 cup yogurt, ½ kg mutton, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Boil it.
- When the water dries. remove it from the stove.
- Take some oil, in the pan, heat it and add in chopped onion.
- Fry till it is golden brown.
- Take half of it. In the remaining half, add in grinded paste and fry it.
- Add in lemon juice, ½ tbsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp butter.
- Simmer it for 10 minutes and serve hot with nan.
