Ingredients:
- Green peas 1 cup
- Green olives 1/2 cup
- Pistachios 1-1/2 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilli 1
- Tahini paste 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Add a cup of green peas, green chillies, green olives, garlic, pistachios
- Add salt & pepper, tahini paste, lemon juice, mustard and some olive oil.
- Blend it well to a chunky paste.
- It tastes great on toast, crackers and with some raw veggie batons such as cucumbers, carrots, & radishes.
