Grilled Chicken with Oats
Boneless chicken 400 grams
Oats 2 cup
Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Sliced Tomatoes 2
Chopped Capsicum 1
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped Green Coriander 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilies 2 to 3
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Olive Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut 400 gm chicken in slices. Then add 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ½ cup chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, salt to taste and 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil to mix and grill it. Now in a pan add olive oil with 1 chopped onion and 2 tbsp chopped garlic to fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add 2 cups oats with 1 cup chicken stock, salt to taste and as required water to cook till oats turn soft. When it gets ready dish it out and top with grilled chicken and garnish with green coriander to serve.
