Ingredients:
- Dried Milk 2 cup
- Plain flour 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Egg 2 pc
- Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Pistachio for garnish
Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar ½ kg
- Kewra Essence few drops
Method:
For Sugar Syrup:
- In a pan add sugar & water and cook it till it gets thick.
- Now add few drops of kewra essence and mix it. Syrup is ready.
For Gulaab Jamun:
- In a mixing bowl add dried milk, plain flour, baking powder, clarified butter & beaten eggs.
- Knead it & make balls.
- In a pan, heat oil & add balls.
- Now add them in sugar syrup & leave it.
- Serve it in serving dish and garnish it with pistachios.
