Gulab ka Sharbat

Ingredients:

Sugar 750 gm
Water 1 ½ glass
Arq-e-gulab 1 cup

Method:

Mix sugar and water together cook for 10 minutes till slightly thick
Remove add 1 cup arq-e-gulab and red food color
Add¼ tsp, mix well
Cool and fill bottles.
