GULATI
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Sugar ½ kg
Ghee ½ cup
Fried Khoya 250 gms
Almonds, Pistachios (slices) 2 tbsp
Green Cardamoms 6
Finely Chopped Pethe ki Mithai 250 gms
Kewra Essence few drops
Method:
• Soak rice for 2 hours.
• Now boil rice till full done.
• In a pan, heat ghee add cardamom with half cup water and sugar, cook stirring till sugar melts.
• Add fried khoya, cook till khoya dissolved and slightily brownish.
• Add boiled rice and keep stirring.
• After this add finely chopped pethe ki mithai, almonds and pistachio and mix.
• In the end, add few drops of kewra essence, let it simmer until gulati is ready.
