Ingredients:
- White flour 300 gm
- Eggs 2
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 Cup
- White sesame, almond pistachio ½ cup
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Clarified butter as required
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add 300 gm white flour with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup white sesame, almond, pistachio, grated coconut and 1 tbsp baking soda to mix well.
- Then pour a little water to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and grease two table spoons with oil.
- Now with the help of the spoon put batter in the oil and deep fry.
- Then put it on a absorbing paper.
- Dish it out top with icing sugar and serve.
