Ingredients:

  • White flour 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • White sesame, almond pistachio ½ cup
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter as required

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add 300 gm white flour with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup white sesame, almond, pistachio, grated coconut and 1 tbsp baking soda to mix well.
  2. Then pour a little water to make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and grease two table spoons with oil.
  4. Now with the help of the spoon put batter in the oil and deep fry.
  5. Then put it on a absorbing paper.
  6. Dish it out top with icing sugar and serve.
