Ingredients:
- Tartary 1 tsp
- Red chilies 50 gm
- Talhar Chili 50 gm
- White cumin seeds 6 tbsp
- Black cumin seeds 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 4 tbsp
- Cardamom 1 tbsp
- Star anise 2
- Black peppercorn 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg 2
Method:
- Roast 1 tsp tartary, 50 gm red chili, 50 gm fresh red chilies, 6 tbsp white cumin seeds, 2 tbsp black cumin seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- Add 1 tbsp cardamom, 2 star anise, 1 tbsp black peppercorn and 2 nutmeg on a pan.
- Now grind the roasted spices in the grinder.
- Gulzar special nihari masala is ready.
