Ingredients:
- Rice ½ kg
- Jiggery 375gm
- Coconut ground 1packet
- Raisin 100gm
- Coconut 2tbsp
- Clarified butter 1cup
- Fennel as required
- Cardamom few
Method:
- Cook fennel and jiggery and water together.
- Now heat ghee and fry dry fruits and cardamom.
- Now sieve the jiggery water and add in dry fruits and cardamom.
- When it boils add rice cover and cook for 40 min.
- Lastly dish out and sprinkle some ground coconut and serve .
