Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 700 gm
- Beef bone 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- White flour 1 cup
- Gulzar special nihari masala 3 tbsp
- Big cardamom 3 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Oil as required
- Ginger as required
- Coriander as required
- Green chilies as required
- Lemon as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan add as required water, 250 gm beef bone and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste to boil for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then strain the stock and bone narrow and waste the bone.
- Then roast 1 cup white flour. In another pan heat oil and fry 2 onions to turn brown.
- Then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 700 beef to suate.
- Then add 3 tbsp gulzar special nihari masala and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Then add stock and cook till meat tender.
- Then add white flour in water and slowly pour in gravy till it turns thick and add bone narrow.
- For bhagar fry onion and pour on top.
- Serve with chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, slices of lemon and sliced ginger.
