Haddi Guddi Nihari

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 700 gm
  • Beef bone 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Gulzar special nihari masala 3 tbsp
  • Big cardamom 3 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger as required
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Lemon as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan add as required water, 250 gm beef bone and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste to boil for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Then strain the stock and bone narrow and waste the bone.
  3. Then roast 1 cup white flour. In another pan heat oil and fry 2 onions to turn brown.
  4. Then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 700 beef to suate.
  5. Then add 3 tbsp gulzar special nihari masala and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Then add stock and cook till meat tender.
  7. Then add white flour in water and slowly pour in gravy till it turns thick and add bone narrow.
  8. For bhagar fry onion and pour on top.
  9. Serve with chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, slices of lemon and sliced ginger.
