Ingredients:
- Mutton small pieces ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp + ¼ cup
- Water 2 cups
- crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Tomatoes finely chopped 3
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- All spice ¾ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Achargosht masala 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Ginger julienne 2tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 3tbsp
Method:
- Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste.
- 2 tbsp oil and 2 cups water till mutton tender and water dries. Heat oil in a handi.
- Add crushed ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, and fry till light golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes, fry well till soft.
- Add dry seasonings and boiled mutton.
- Lastly add ¼ cup oil and fry well, add yogurt, fry well, add black pepper, fry well and remove.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
