Handi Achaar Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Mutton small pieces ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil                               2 tbsp + ¼ cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Tomatoes finely chopped 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice ¾ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric                   a pinch
  • Achargosht masala 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt                       3 tbsp
  • Black pepper           ½ tsp
  • Ginger julienne       2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3tbsp

Method:

 

  1. Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste.
  2. 2 tbsp oil and 2 cups water till mutton tender and water dries. Heat oil in a handi.
  3. Add crushed ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, and fry till light golden.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, fry well till soft.
  5. Add dry seasonings and boiled mutton.
  6. Lastly add ¼ cup oil and fry well, add yogurt, fry well, add black pepper, fry well and remove.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
