Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1 kg
- Tomato 250 gm chopped
- Onion 1 large chopped
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Onion seeds ½ tsp heaped
- Cumin roasted crushed 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6 whole
- Anise seeds roasted and coarsely ground 1 ½ tsp
- Kasori methi 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
Method:
- Coarsely crushed together anise seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, onion seeds and fenugreek seeds.
- Heat ½ cup oil add chopped onion fry for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add chopperized tomatoes with salt, chili powder and turmeric, fry well.
- Add in par boiled chops with half cup water.
- Cover and cook till chops nearly done.
- Add in all the coarsely crushed seeds with lemon juice and green chilies.
- Leave it on dum till oil comes on top.
