Ingredients:
- Mince (double machine) half kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Brown onion (ground) 2 tbsp
- Green chilies (ground) 6
- Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
- Raw Papaya 1 tsp heaped
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in chopper grind well put on skewers.
- Tight with thread and put in handi on low flame for 20 mins.
- Give Dum of coal serve garnish with onion tomato rings, mint and lemon.
