Handi Dhaga Kabab By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Mince (double machine) half kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion (ground) 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies (ground) 6
  • Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
  • Raw Papaya 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in chopper grind well put on skewers.
  2. Tight with thread and put in handi on low flame for 20 mins.
  3. Give Dum of coal serve garnish with onion tomato rings, mint and lemon.
