Handi Kabab By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Fried Onions 2
  • Raw Onion1
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Garlic Cloves 4
  • Ginger Piece 1
  • Raw Papaya1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil (for frying) as required
  • Ingredients Of Gravy:
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Curry Leaves 6
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies 10
  • Garlic 1 bunch
  • Mint Leaves 1 bunch
  • Coal 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. In a blender , blended chicken and all Ingredients.
  2. Now add egg and make kababs, fry in heat oil.
  3. Now in a wok, add Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chili Powder,Water and cook on low flame.
  4. When tomatoes are tender and mix well with the help of spoon, add kababs.
  5. After this, in separate pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
  6. Pour in kababs.
  7. In the end, garnish with Green Chilies and give coal steam.
  8. Delicious Handi Kabab is ready.
