Handi Saag Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Mutton                                 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic                       1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                   4 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter                  ½ cup
  • Spinach                                ½ kg
  • Fenugreek Leaves              2 bunch
  • Green chilies                       6 – 8
  • Milk                                                 ½ cup
  • Turmeric                               ½  tsp
  • Red Chili powder               1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek                 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Blanch spinach fenugreek leaves, green chilies and chopped
  2. Now heat ghee add ginger garlic with mutton fry well add salt chili powder turmeric and yogurt.
  3. Fry well cover and cook till mutton tender with 1 cup water
  4. Then add the choparize mixture of spinach with milk
  5. Leave it on Dum serve with Kulchay.
