HANDI TIKYA KABAB
INGREDIENTS:
Minced meat ½ kg
Onion 1
Green chilies 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green coriander 2tbsp
Chapli kabab masala 1 packet
Egg 1
Bread slices 1
MASALA INGREDIENTS:
Oil ½ cup
Blended Onions 1
Blended tomatoes 2
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spices ½ tsp
METHOD:
For making kababs, put ½ minced meat in 1 packet chapli kabab masala,1 egg, 1 bread slices, 1 onion,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 green chilies and 2 tbsp green coriander. Put them in blender and grind it.
Now make patties of this mixture and keep them in one side.
For making masala, heat ½ cup oil and put 1 blended onion and 2 blended tomatoes. Add 2 tsp crushed red chilies, ½ tsp all spices and ½ cup yogurt and fry it properly.
Now put the kababs in it and keep it on simmer for 15 mins.
In the end, garnish it with green coriander.
