Ingredients:
- Beef mine: ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tea spoon
- Red chili powder: 1 tea spoon
- Salt: to taste
- Cumin powder: 1 tea spoon
- All spice powder: ½ tea spoon
- Spinach: ½ bunch
- Green coriander: ½ bunch
- Chilies: 6
- Oil: ½ cup
- Eggs: 3 hard boiled
- Onion: 1
- Puri:
- Flour: 2 cups
- Salt: to taste
- Cumin seeds: ½ tea spoon
- Oil: 2 table spoons
- Oil for frying: as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion till soft and ginger garlic paste.
- Add mince and cook for a while.
- Add red chili, cumin, all spice powder and salt.
- Blanch spinach and blend with green chilies and coriander.
- Mix it with mince and cook till reduces.
- Boil and cut eggs and add to mince.
- Method for puri:
- Mix flour, salt, cumin seeds, oil & mix.
- Add little water and make a dough.
- Make puris of small size and deep fry them.
