Hara Bhara Qeema aur Puri

Ingredients:

  • Beef mine: ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tea spoon
  • Red chili powder: 1 tea spoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cumin powder: 1 tea spoon
  •  All spice powder: ½  tea spoon
  • Spinach: ½ bunch
  • Green coriander: ½ bunch
  • Chilies: 6
  • Oil: ½ cup
  • Eggs: 3 hard boiled
  • Onion: 1
  • Puri:
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cumin seeds: ½ tea spoon
  • Oil: 2 table spoons
  • Oil for frying: as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion till soft and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add mince and cook for a while.
  3. Add red chili, cumin, all spice powder and salt.
  4. Blanch spinach and blend with green chilies and coriander.
  5. Mix it with mince and cook till reduces.
  6. Boil and cut eggs and add to mince.
  7. Method for puri:
  8. Mix flour, salt, cumin seeds, oil & mix.
  9. Add little water and make a dough.
  10. Make puris of small size and deep fry them.
