Hara Dhaniya Matar Qeema

Ingredients:

  • Mince                                    ½ kg
  • Peas                                       2 cups
  • Fresh coriander                  1 bunch
  • Onions                                   2
  • Ginger, garlic paste            1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         as required
  • Red chili powder                1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder               ½ tsp
  • All spices masala mix         1 tsp
  • Tomato (grind)                   2
  • Pickle                                     2 tbsp
  • Green chilies                        3
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Water                                    1 cup

Method:

  1. In sauce pan oil ,onion ,mince ,ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,red chili powder
  2. Add termeric powder ,whole spices powder and tomatoes add and cook .
  3. When well mix mince then add peas and tender then covered and cook till than peas tender .
  4. Finally add fresh coriander , Pickleand green chilies add then dish out and serve .
