Ingredients:
- Chickpeas ½ kg
- Green Chilies 10
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 8
- Eggs 2
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Spring Onion 250 gms
- Kneaded Flour as required
- Ghee (for frying) as required
Method:
- In a chopper, chickpeas, green chilies, mint leaves, salt, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, egg and spring onion.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls.
- Roll out one ball of dough with a rolling pin.
- Spread the mixture on it.
- Roll out a second ball of dough and cover it with the first .
- In a pan, heat ghee and fry.
