Haray Chanon kay Parathay

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas ½ kg
  • Green Chilies 10
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Eggs 2
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Spring Onion 250 gms
  • Kneaded Flour as required
  • Ghee (for frying) as required

 

Method:

  1. In a chopper, chickpeas, green chilies, mint leaves, salt, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, egg and spring onion.
  2. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  3. Roll out one ball of dough with a rolling pin.
  4. Spread the mixture on it.
  5. Roll out a second ball of dough and cover it with the first .
  6. In a pan, heat ghee and fry.
