Ingredients:
- Flour ½ kg
- Finely Chopped Garlic 250 gms
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4
- Cumin Seed 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Onion 1
- Whole Coriander 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee (for frying) as required
Method:
- In a bowl, green chilies, garlic, onion, cumin seeds, whole coriander, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Now make small roti fill it
- Cover second roti , in a pan heat ghee and fry parathay.
- Haray Lehsun kay Parathay is ready.
