Haray Lehsun kay Parathay By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Finely Chopped Garlic 250 gms
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4
  • Cumin Seed 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion 1
  • Whole Coriander 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2  tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ghee (for frying) as required

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, green chilies, garlic, onion, cumin seeds, whole coriander, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
  2. Now make small roti fill it
  3. Cover second roti , in a pan heat ghee and fry parathay.
  4. Haray Lehsun kay Parathay is ready.
