HARAY MASALAY AUR NARIYAL KI MACHLI
Ingredients:
Surmai Fish 1 kg
Fresh Coconut 200 gms
Green Chilies 8
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Raw Tomatoes 2
Garlic Cloves 6 bulb
Ginger 1 piece
Lemon Juices ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Curry Leaves 8
Method:
• In a blender, add fresh coconut, green chilies, raw tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juices, salt, fennel seeds, yogurt, blended well and make paste.
• In a pan, heat oil add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves.
• When aroma comes add masala powder and cook on low flame.
• When oil surfaces add water.
• Boil comes add surmai fish and cook for 10 mintes.
• In the end, removes from the stove add garam masala powder.
• Haray Masalay aur Nariyal ki Machli is ready.
