Hari Mirch ka Salan

Ingredients:

  • 250-300 gm Green Chili
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 8-10 Curry Leafs
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1medium Tomatoes sliced
  • 2 garlic Clove chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Tara Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leafs
  • Stuffing:
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Dry Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2-3 clove Garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp Water

Method:

  1. Combine stuffing ingredients in a chopper and make a chutney and then make a slit on one side of green chillies. Now fill them with chutney and put them a side.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, fry mustard seed, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes, garlic ginger and all spices till make a thick smooth masala.
  3. Put the stuffed chillies on masala and add tamarind pulp, cover the pan for dum.
    Then serve with garnish of green coriander.
