Ingredients:
- 250-300 gm Green Chili
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 8-10 Curry Leafs
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1medium Tomatoes sliced
- 2 garlic Clove chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Tara Garam Masala
- 1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leafs
- Stuffing:
- 3 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 3 tbsp Dry Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1.1/2 tsp Salt
- 2-3 clove Garlic
- 2-3 tbsp Water
Method:
- Combine stuffing ingredients in a chopper and make a chutney and then make a slit on one side of green chillies. Now fill them with chutney and put them a side.
- Now heat oil in pan, fry mustard seed, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes, garlic ginger and all spices till make a thick smooth masala.
- Put the stuffed chillies on masala and add tamarind pulp, cover the pan for dum.
Then serve with garnish of green coriander.
